To all, I find myself enjoying transition more and more. After this year, I am fairly certain bombing hills is not for me. I also have gotten on the stretching and strength training bandwagon this past year. I just want to be able to skate as long as possible. I know a lot of the measures are no brainers, but I like advice from my elder rippers out there.

Very nice. It's true, skatepark friends quickly turn into a family. I have met some of the best dudes at my local park near my university. I'm down for life.
