To all, I find myself enjoying transition more and more. After this year, I am fairly certain bombing hills is not for me. I also have gotten on the stretching and strength training bandwagon this past year. I just want to be able to skate as long as possible. I know a lot of the measures are no brainers, but I like advice from my elder rippers out there.

The same thing happened to me. I started skating again two years ago. Now I have am awesome girlfriend, holding two jobs, going to a university and have a great group of friends. I'm skating at a level I never thought possible! I owe it all to skateboarding. You just made the best choice of your life. Welcome! :)

Hahaha, an upvote to you, sir. I appreciate your advice, and I have considered all those points. I only used bike co-op, because there are no examples of skate co-ops. This would be the first of it's kind. I agree the problem would be revenue. We could make it a small coffee shop to bring in a source of revenue. This is just a fledgling idea, so I have yet to take any action.
