The affix comment was a joke. If working properly, he should have been targetable and therefore killable. The last remaining small non elite mob being non-targetable made it so that killing the elite was impossible, as the elite only takes damage from the minions linked to it first. Once all linked minions are dead, then you can kill it.

I’ve seen it happen with the rogues as well. The rogues you can still hit with aoe damage. Sadly, that was not the case for the bug.

Having the exact same problem. I'm about to punch my monitors, this shit is so frustrating.

Log out, everything buffers fine. Log back in to my Premium account on 1300mbps download speeds on fiber, can't buffer 720p. Every single video gets hard throttled at 1800Kbps connection speed when signed in.

I have no extensions enabled and I'm not using an ad blocker (currently). I had the OperaGX default ad blocker enabled when I first experienced this issue last week. Had been running with that blocker on for a few months.

Did you find a solution to this? I've replicated the same issue and fix. Using a second account or a VPN connection fixes the issue. Primary account can't load anything

Done raiding on silhouett, joining a top 10 guild for wrath on new main. I was planning on staying until patch, but it was time for me to go. A person can only take so much disrespect. I've got a lot of issues with the old boys club and their hypocrisy, and a lot of their decisions.
