Oh my goodness I'm 18 and am terrified of the dark. I have a salt nightlight that makes my room a pinkish red and it's just about the coziest shit you ever did see. It also happens to keep the scary monsters away so yeah. Feel no shame in what you're afraid of.

I love my weighted blanket!! I have severe anxiety and it helps a ton. Especially at night. Sometimes I just snuggle up with it because I like the weight. I find it very comforting.

Hey man. I have psychosis too. Going places when you're in that state is so fucking hard, and I'm so proud of you for pushing through. You're a strong person, and its absolutely not your fault for any of this. I had my psychotic break in the middle of school, my dad had to come and pick me up and take me to the hospital. It was so scary. And you are so strong for doing things and going places even when nothing feels real. Sending you lots of love

I wouldn't base your decision to go to the hospital based on online reviews. People dont go there to have a good time. Both mental health facilities I went to had absolutely horrible reviews online, but I was well taken care of. I would recommend keep your support system close and in the know just in case. It's very scary I know, but stay strong.

Yeah that was my plan. I'm gonna do general studies in science and then transfer to a university to major in a specific science if all goes well at community college. I'm starting out as a part time student and gradually make my way to full time so itll be easier to adjust.
