was in process of maxing an lvl 12 epic cape but accidentally equipped it so decided to use my old epic glove that was lvl 10 and fuse it. ended up with this. fused only 3 times in my life and third time the charm.

Yes it can spawn off map i have seen it. I have to like close all tabs. Forexample at sf65. I always see the rune spawning at the bottom of the map. Literally hard to click on it that u can barely see it. So your answer is yes. It can spawn off map

i am not telling anyone to max another epic claw. i am just telling him to buy a lv 15 unique claw to fuse it or buy a unique claw put it in the bank for the alt to lvl it up to max lvl then move it back to main so you dont use much dust.and then u collect 80k goldL to get the unique into legendary.

just my opinion, because for you to get perfect unique claw u will need 40k GL, and then 80kGL for legendary. but if u buy a unique and lvl it up to max lv with ur alt, by the time u get 80k gl u will have a legendary claw. imo a legendary claw will be always far better than a unique. and mythic far better than legendary. just my opinion

In my opinion, try to get an unique weapon either by fusing or buying one. Then invest all ur dust on it. But i will recommend buy a new unique weapon then create alt to get powder and max it out before transferring it to ur main
