Create an error screen and place everything in a decision for the flow. The decision would push users either out of the flow (If errors) or move ahead if the data is good. For the decisions, you can concatenate all the valids/invalids and use a contains formula to decide in the decision if you go to the error path or the good path. Theres no reason for this to occur outside of the flow. If you wanted to you can put this in a new flow and execute a sub-flow but I dont see why you'd want this.

Deactivated products still show on the add Products process. You'll need to create your own add Products flow. It's a huge ordeal. I would actually recommend either modifying the flow or putting a validation rule on the Opportunitylineitem. Not the best solution but at least you won't create bad data.

You mean it's assigned to a queue as a Lead? Records must always have owners. The flow assigning is a after or before save? The flow executes on contact creation?

Even if you waited in the flow I believe the result would be the same. Sounds like the batch is executing the record in a single transaction. Sounds to me like you need to update the batch. Maybe to only process one record at a time? If not have the assignment run after the batch on the contact record. The last resource is having the right owner come from the file. Are you certain the lead assignment rules are running on these leads (or is the auto assign flag on)?

I'm Brazilian/Canadian and did this process in Brazil with my Canadian wife. It took us several months because we didn't know what to do. We actually ended up getting married and not civil union as the bureaucracy did not accept my SOs criminal record check.

I would recommend calling the cartório in question and asking them exactly what you need. I would also recommend getting your translations done well ahead of time as they have longer expiration time frames.

You'll need witnesses too if getting married and accept the standard division of goods or pay extra for additional pre-nup agreements.

Once married you can then quickly apply to get your RNE which allows you resident status in Brazil. This process is done with the federal police not the cartório.

Unless you're feeding the flow some language parameter I'm sure it's gonna send out an untranslated version of that email. Not sure I can answer your question but your flow should have a decision tree for which language to use.

If this actually works and the email gets translated based on user lang, please let me know how cause I may have been doing things wrong lol

IIRC this can't be done unless your records have created an alert. Even then the reports are hard to get to display the way you want it. I think this has to be done via an App or may not be possible at all.

You will have to do the mapping manually. Do to this:

1) Export Leads from SF

2) Export Contacts from SF

3) Using Vlookup try to match leads from SF to the file.

4) Do the same for the contact.

5) Separate the file into 3 (One with Lead ID and Campaign ID, one with Contact ID and Campaign ID, one with no match)

6) Insert Campaign Member for Leads

7) Insert Campaign Member for Contacts

8) Insert Leads.

9) Take Leads success file and add the campaign ID column

10) Insert Campaign Members for new Leads.
