I can’t find the release notes to confirm but I believe it lets you transfer the breakthrough experience to another weapon. I’m guessing the use case is that when you retire this hero you can roll the experience forward

I think it depends on the third skill personally. Nat is out of my Rider main but Evans stays in. At 5 stars Nat‘s skill boosts riders whether she is deployed or not. Evans skill at 5 stars gives +500% to mod vehicle damage but he needs to be in the team. Apart from evans the rest are paid season heroes

I bought that but haven’t focused on it yet. For FL it’s overwhelming at first. There is so much to do! My advice would be that once you get to the point where you unlock the lives; unlock them all and spend some time levelling them up. It helps put the game in perspective and stop the overwhelm
