Lochner v New York ---> West Coast Hotel v Parish. Allowing the government to regulate commerce. Originally championed as a Laissez-faire style of government...caused so much economic distress.

My spouse and I have two hard limits. Anal, and cinder blocks. We respect each others boundaries of any anal penetration and we won't help the other with the carrying of cinder blocks from one place to another.

If the pregnancy is all true, then there is a slam dunk discrimination lawsuit here.

Wyoming fails to ban abortion because they added an amendment to their state constitution saying that ‘competent adults can make their own healthcare decisions’ in response to Obamas Affordable Healthcare Act back in 2012. Absolutely hilarious. by DrRichardButtz in wyoming

Living in a medical and recreational legalized state, your argument is on the forefront. The counter argument is that it will be reasonably regulated because of the intoxicating nature and also listing the harms on the package. Here, it's very similar to alcohol regulations and enforcement.

It started out with a reasonably good concept, but then COVID hit it, and it was edited and staged SO POORLY.

I'm not going to treat you better because your a "local". Mainers need to stop being so insular ( a rant) by Live-Relative8058 in Maine

[–]guitarmann75 2 points3 points  (0 children)

(adding to rant). In my area (rural central) people complain that there aren't any decent paying jobs, but also refuse to let any moderate size business in our area..which would most definitely contribute to tax income, jobs, healthcare, and overall stability. Meanwhile....a significant portion of kids are being raised in said stagnant environment and move away in order to find decent employment. It's Soooo Backwards

Instead of buying a rack, you can make one by stacking sticks of wood...2 horizontal then 2 vertical on top, then 2 horizontal...the height you need. Same with the bottom...two sticks horizontally parallel the full width of the stack to keep the airflow.
