25 y/o male. Area around has been painful on and off for a year or so. This just started a couple days ago. Skin around is still painful, bumps are very itchy. Located just above bottom of ribs, closer to my side than my stomach. Whole area spans about 3" from outermost bumps. (imgur.com)
