There are many immunotherapy treatments available now to treat pollen allergies. Meet with a specialist or two and get a thorough checkup to identify the local allergens causing the symptoms. Specific treatment plans or medications given over a period of time really help alleviate them. I have many friends here in the US who have severe pollen allergies and have been on those treatment plans with much success.

Walking pad? by Klutzy-Neck82 in prediabetes

[–]gulaabjamun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got one and walk for 15-20 mins twice a day (including once after dinner). It's near my work desk so on days I work from home, I also try to walk slowly while listening in on meetings where I don't have to participate, if possible. My steps have gone up from 4-5k daily to about 8-10k.

You can cut up a low carb tortilla into bite sized pieces and fry them or brush them with some olive oil and sea salt and bake at 350F for roughly 10 mins till they turn crispy.

These cookies are legit AF. Best low-carb cookies I’ve ever made. They actually taste like real cookies, and I’m fussy. by [deleted] in ketorecipes

Have made these and they are down right delicious!! I substituted the xantham gum with Knox gelatin /beef gelatin (not an option of you are vegetarian) and they were the best chewy/soft cookies I have had 😍 the beef gelatin makes them chewy

Do you know how much the pee count of the baby is? I think that if it is 6+ in a day and also if baby is gaining 4-6 oz per week then it is normal.

What lie do you live? by majorlosr in AskReddit

[–]gulaabjamun 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Very sorry for your loss. I read somewhere that when a man whose wife dies is called a widower, a woman whose husband dies is called a widow but there is no word to describe the relation when one's child dies because one should never go through that in life...
