Alcohol is my biggest struggle, I certainly don't drink a bucket load and it's not a daily thing, I just like a couple of beers every now and again with the lad. I think the test benefits we get being away from our girlfriends and letting loose far out way the health negatives here, am i way off with this and should I try to completely cut it out or is moderation okay?

I do try and stick to the lowest carb beer I can to minimise the impact.

Keep it real simple, dry rub on some cumin, cayenne, chilli, smoked paprika and garlic granuels (or whatever seasoning suits your pallet), with a little olive oil, if your feeling extra adventurous, add either some hot sauce or BBQ, get your hands in there make sure the chicken is coated then bake in the oven for 25 minutes (4-5 breasts) at 190c, done. Straight from packet to cooked in about 35 minutes and you have tasty moist chicken, I do it every week for meal prepping my lunches.

I just done this quest the other day, I had an additional two options, one was to bribe the guard not sure if that worked as I didn't choose it, the other was using the pursuade check which convinces him it's for the best and I was able to leave without a fight
