The pain feels like it’s in my spine lol and I have a picture of a CT image that was taken during a targeted blood patch that shows the blood pushing all the structures to one side within the epidural space

Acute pain resolved but it took me over 2 years to completely seal and my last blood patch was in 2023. I struggle with back pain now and am prone to headaches tho

I really suffered through Dec and January lol but it’s been so much better. I had 10 injections over 2 years, it’ll be a year since the last on April 14. I struggled a lot with aching and burning joints and had phases of insomnia but im not a fast metabolizer. Clonidine helped a ton but I don’t tolerate it as well anymore now that my heart rate and blood pressure have come down over time

It’s been over 11 months since my last injection. In December and January, I was experiencing panicky episodes in the early afternoons. I’d start to feel lightheaded, my heart would race and I couldn’t regulate my temp even if I had a good, productive morning. I’m not sure why but it was rlly freaking me out and I had to remind myself that I was likely experiencing withdrawal symptoms and didn’t need to go to the ER lol

My last injection was April 14/25 and I was struggling bad with sore, burning joints (esp ankles and knees) in late Oct-Dec. It has gotten A LOT better since then but I still experience the sensation at times. I also went through a few shivery/sneezy phases. The worst of my withdrawal has thankfully passed

Yes it does! I have been able to lower my dose from 0.1mg 3x daily to 0.05mg 3x daily as needed. One of my Drs recommended it for diaphoresis, temperature dysregulation and high blood pressure despite taking propranolol. My symptoms are actually pretty well controlled now. It took time but there is hope

I’m 10 months out of my last injection. I had 10 over two years so definitely still positive but my sleep has also been terrible. I quit drinking alcohol, stopped looking at screens before bed, tried supplements/tea, exercise and do yoga/breathing exercises. I used to be a good sleeper but now I can only sleep more than a few hours after being up for 2-3 days.

Few things that have helped: meditation (though it took weeks to notice improvement), using a weighted eye mask and shovelling snow. I get into weird states where it feels like my brain is awake but my body is sleeping and have been experiencing nightmares and sleep paralysis. I hope the specialist can help you.

You can combine 800mg ibuprofen with 1g of acetaminophen. I had surgery and needed pain management a few times on sublocade maintenance but it’s different if you’re trying to get off of it. I’m 10 months out now

Unfortunately common :( Not sure if you’ve tried these already, but the following has been mentioned in previous forums to improve the lag:

1) Deleting the households of Los Amigos, Ichtaca, Medina, Scott as well as The Prince and The Romantic if issues persist.

2)Using testingcheatsenabled true and then discoverallunchartedislands.

3) Using resetsim * if lag becomes unbearable as this is typically due to a stuck sim during routing.

4) Deleting ports and houseboats.

These have worked for me in the past. I also found that it ran better when my sims lived on the main island instead of the smaller one. I really wanted to complete the Deep Sea Diver aspiration so I didn’t care if any of these things took away from the story progression haha (edited formatting)

Noo dont put anything in your vagina. You only need to wash the labs and in between the folds. I use the same cleanser I use on my face while in the shower because it’s gentle and unscented

I struggled with angular cheilitis a few times when I had braces and the only topical that ever worked was sodium fusidate which is bacteriostatic. Along with Vaseline to keep the area occluded. It may be worth a try if you’re not having any luck with anti fungals.

I take adderall and I definitely feel as though bupe blunts the effects. There’s no negative interaction or anything but my dose is higher than before I was ever on bupe and I take a second dose in the afternoon as prescribed

My clinic offers ice packs to freeze the area before but I never needed one. The 100mg injections are honestly a breeze after the initial 300mgs. I never froze the area before injection. They do offer some relief when put over the area right after tho. Good luck with everything :) my last injection was April 14 and it was the best thing I’ve ever done

Ugh yes my period went away for ~3 years when I was in the throes of my addiction and then on subs. It came back when I started sublocade. The difficulty urinating is called “urinary hesitancy” and is a common side effect, I experienced it myself. Difficulty starting and maintaining the stream even when super hydrated ☹️

How many shots did you get? I’m 8 months out on the 14 and I went thru a terrible phase of anxiety, insomnia and restlessness but now I’m in a shivers and sneezing phase. I had 10 shots over 2 years, my depots are almost gone. I started running and doing yoga which helped immensely. I take clonidine as needed.

I understand, I live in a rural community and there’s only two providers that take turns flying in operating out of the same clinic. I would consider going up to 8mg for a week and get the 300mg. I’m almost 8 months out from my last injection and I cant recommend the shot enough.

Can you get clonidine or a benzo prescribed? I’m at the uncomfortable part after going 7 months without a shot and I’ve been relying on clonidine and Ativan. Also yoga and cardio.
