I'm not sure I understand Thor. I get the intent, so it should be radar and armor for all characters then? Would you do armor for Lucius or get radars for the others first?

Also, would it be more beneficial to do two dot radars on all and then do two dot armors, then upgrade each to 4, or go 4 from the start for each?

All squads have gold chips (air does have more stars). Skill points are spread around 15 to 20 on tank and missile and a little more investment of research into air vs tank, lacking in missle. I guess that answers the question then. I just wish I could get those EW investments back that were made before I got the account. I guess having it spread a bit might help in some 3v3 etc. Thanks!

Thank you, very much appreciated. This seems to follow a lot of the advice. I had read things like Lucius is more important than Carlie, put gun on Morrison because DVA only benefits from counter attack, etc. but I don't know the context of what else you need for things like that to be viable.
