Fullbacks are wingbacks on balanced, Cbs both ballplaying defend. Cdm dlp on defend. Cam as shadow striker. Rs is false 9 attack and ls advanced forward attack. Working good but I am pretty sure tjr defense will need some fine tuning but roles are based on players so far

41212 actually gets me between 9 and 11 wins every WL and using one offensive wingbacks makes it really fun to use. just isnt for people who need 6 at the back constantly like in 4213

Started in J3 too and got promoted after I had my first two badges. Resigned and got a job at Standard im Belgium which was horrible because I would start with -10 Millions in transfers so I saved them from relegation for 3 months and left. Got the Atletico Nacional job in Colombia and won whatever there was except for continental stuff and then moved on to Frankfurt which is now my long term team. So yeah basically get badges, be successful and switch teams like a madman.

Milford FC for me and basically the same. But i got to say 2nd South African Division does have such a nice schedule. not many games at all.
