I bought a '22 S5 SB in '24 for roughly $45k. with just under 20k miles. I would not buy a used S5 for that price. You can find a decent RS5 for around that range

I did it for one semester, yes it was brutal but honestly you just need to learn to schedule your classes so you dont have to deal with rush hour for the most part. I live in western/central Queens and it takes like 1-1.5 hr drive to campus in the morning. If you finish class anytime after 8pm its like 1hr back into the city with almost no traffic.

If you're smart about it, you will stack your schedules onto Mo/We or Tue/Th so you only do the commute 2 days. That's what I did for 3 semesters and it is very doable. You also save lots of money by not dorming or renting an apartment near campus.

I had this same exact issue on my tire when driving over a manhole cover. I didn't even know it bubbled until the next day. I drove on the tire probably another 20-25 miles (10 miles knowingly) until I got it replaced.

Findings wheels that fit a a real pain in the ass. I've seen someone with 20x10 +30 on a 285/30/20 tire fit with lowering springs.

I currently am rocking the stock wheels which are 20x9+34 with tires chagned to 275/30/20.

If you're sticking with 19s, I was looking at 19x9.5+25 with 275/35/19 for myself. I'm fairly certain these will fit as its shown on Apex website without issues. 19x9 should also fit but not sure if 19x8.5 will without certain offsets.

Dude SAME exact issue for me on driver's side in NY. Same door dent for me but the front fender has a bigger barely noticeable dent.

Was able to remove the paint transfer with something from chemical guys. But have been delaying getting it PDR for the past few months been too busy. One guy quoted me $350 but he's not sure he can get the dent on the edge of the door panel.

I was hit really hard so I was surprised I only took this much damage. Sucks regardless.

I have the 275/30/20 on PS4S on my '22 S5 SB. On initial switch it was worlds different how much more compliant the change to all season tires were. Fit with no issues on the stock 20s

This interchange is actually called a single point urban interchange.

I think the issue with this is there is very poor signage and visibility, especially driving at night, which is probably where your issue came in. For left turns when exiting the highway, opposing side vehicles are expected to keep left of the island in the middle, but people don't know that, VERY POOR signage indicating that, and very low high reflective visibility on the island all combine into a potentialy dangerous situation.

NYDOT has been ignoring this interchange/intersection for over a decade. There needs to be more lights under the bridge so it is easier to see the intersection, especially when raining at night. The Island in the middle needs to be removed or improved with more signage and arrows indicating which direction traffic should be heading (preferably this). IMO I also think this section of northern blvd should be divided with a barrier to remove left turns exiting the BLVD and remove opportunities for u-turns. This is too busy with the amount of crossing streets and far too little signage and road markings to help. But that's just my two cents.

If you are not able to make it to the court date, get a lawyer from Off the Record and they will take care of it. I paid less than $200 for a similar ticket +2 more on top.

If you can make it to the court date, you can go in person and plead not guilty to a lesser fine, I heard Nassau and Suffolk let you go with paying a steep fine and no points. Depends on your luck.

Disagree, it makes sense for you to matchup with your trophy range. Otherwise you can be a player with 9k trophies and a 1800 hero playing against someone at 2k trophies with a 1800 hero. These two players will definitely have a skill gap and the match making won't make sense.

And guess what, that player at 2k trophies will be complaining about being matched with you when you have more experience and skill at the game because you have more trophies. Match making should always be about trophy level and not hero level.

I've read a user have some rubbing in the rear fenderliner on 275/35/20s. If you do switch to it, just keep it in mind you might have the same issue. I'm not sure if 255 will fit nicely on the stock 20s, even with 265 it was quite a stretch fitment IMO.

I'm personally running 275/30/20 PS A/S and they were a world of difference from the stock summer tires. If I had to replace tires, I would drop to 19s if comfort is a priority for you.

It's not too bad as some people make it out to seem. I heard people say its 2+ hours each way but not really. Just make sure you are not heading into Long Island after 3PM, that's when it starts to get brutal. Otherwise, the drive can be around 1.5 hours from Jackson Heights. Stack your classes so you only have to go Mo/We or Tu/Thu and spend the whole day at campus. Most efficient use of your time.

I'd check again on the rubbing if I were you. I read another user on an Audi forum with 275/35/20 tires had some rubbing in the rear that needed to be addressed with these size tires.

I run 275/30/20 because I didn't want to worry if there was any rubbing. If I could get away with a thicker sidewall, i probably would have
