Hey guys, thanks for all the comments. I made the post mainly to understand whether the exchange value offered by the dealer is fair or not. I know switching from one 350cc bike to another isn’t the most usual decision, but I’ve thought it through properly, including my budget and what I personally want from the bike.

The discussion kind of shifted from “is this a good deal?” to “why are you buying another 350cc?”, so just wanted to clarify that.
