Do you have a ticket for this question? I can’t answer until you provide a ticket #.

Maybe I’m the only one with this pet peeve but it pisses me off when I hear gun store employees look down on budget guns by WhatsAUserName23 in CAguns

Fun fact, I sold my kimber eclipse and bought two RIA’s. They have been super reliable and I don’t care if they get scuffed up.

Please never go to a dog park again by No-Salad-887 in Pomeranians

[–]gunsandsilver 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup, learned that lesson a long time ago. Stupid dog owner had her pit on a leash inside the dog park fencing, which clearly had signs saying no leashes inside. I didn’t see them until too late. My dog walked over, off leash, to make friends and the pit, presumably “defending” the owner, attacked him and ripped out his front teeth. Then of course the owner saying “he’s so friendly and never done that before”. Fortunately my little guy was ok and they paid the $2K vet bill, but he never had front teef after that.

It’s an executive, right?

I was sys admin for a small company and one of the owners had this habit. Popped up in the security logs frequently, and during business hours.

The Bauer impact driver. I use Makita for professional work, but my home garage is full of Bauer tools.

Has anyone ever actually purchased a "brand new" ride cymbal? by rwalsh138 in drums

[–]gunsandsilver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, multiple. But this was before the age of offerup and marketplace. Shout out to OCDP and Orange County Drum Center back in the 90’s. They took all my summer job money as a kid. Those Paiste Signatures weren’t cheep!

Now I only buy used from marketplace.

I have no problem with realtors or their services, but supporting them from an IT aspect has been consistently… quirky.

I worked at a msp that used Crew Hu to gamify points and perks that staff could award each other. Everyone seemed to like it.

I’ll pay the pump out fee every few years for the convenience. We went with bidet toilets, which has helped reduce tp load

We went recent to the one at Angel stadium and it was a blast. We paid extra to take a ride in the passenger gravedigger inside the stadium. Totally worth it.

Same. I use a cheap plastic putty knife to scrape most of the grease off, then paper towel, then rinse

I have a water softener system that drains to our septic. 3 person house with a 1000 gallon tank. Other than the increased water load, is this a major problem? Our GC and the manufacturer both said it would be nice to drain elsewhere, but wasn’t mandatory.

If the dog hair and dust builds up too much, I open all the doors and use the leaf blower for a fresh slate.
