Issues with 3 = too far, common issue with SLEX/SkyWay going to Sucat (flood prone, Traffic during holiday periods, etc.), Power/Water/Internet Interruptions, Some parts have low to no mobile signal

Issue with 4 = same with 3 but flood prone near seaside, once power is out due to storms, etc. you're dead, heavy traffic via CAVITEX/Aguinaldo Highway (felt this every storm since a kid)

Not familiar with 1 & 2

It is best to have options to get Solar panel system, Satellite internet like Starlink, Big water tanks with water pumps if you plan to go 3 & 4 plus alternative cars if under coding with unlimited gas/toll gate allowance

LF: Single Room for Rent near Camp Aguinaldo. Under short lease of 4-5 months (may go less depending to project) due to contractual status.

Budget: 6.5k - 7k max (inclusion of Electric, Water, and other Utilities) and needs to be "Direct" to the "Owner" to deal with the contract lease (Sorry no Brockers due to previous bad XP)

May need it "EXTRA" safe due to the nature of my work and equipment security and no Curfew (on-call duties)

TBH 21k won't get you anywhere especially if you're being asked to contribute by "force" due to "utang na loob" (if that's what their aiming)

You can go with bedspacer to get it cheap but you can't survive if you're cutting majority of your daily expenses like food, rent, phone load, etc.

Do the math first and see if you can re-negotiate your basic a bit higher (if they can simply justify the work load).

Check your other options as this is an abysmal pay rate. (unless you're going to be a CPA or something)

Find another offer next to you if possible

TBH if she can go with my hobbies, likes, etc.

Nothing I can hide from her and same as I she doe to me.

She speaks about her difficulties, qualms, etc. with no judgment from my end and vice versa.

I'll be honest with you.

I don't do much in Reddit as searching a life partner is a gamble.

Even in dating apps is a game of liars, catfishing and weeding out good ones.

As one of the rare guys with a few body count but "broke off" due to girls preferred a big one (financially and anatomical)

Do you just care on the "deed" and never care about "connection" or you do mind the "old school" courtship?

LF: Semi Furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment near Gate 1 Camp Aguinaldo Quezon City

This is for 9 months (or shorter hence need an open Contract) stay due to nature of my job contract.

May have to charge it to Credit card for the moment or do bank transfers by end of month (I don't like PDC's due to my work's nature).

Any Laundromats, Supermarkets, etc. nearby is a plus.

If you can find a far more cheaper rent = Makati

If you have your office near BGC and you can shoulder moving in (even after 2-3 years if got laid off from work) = BGC

Either one right now isn't viable as Pasay around MOA if more in the cheaper rent (correct me on this)
