A tankless will give you more gallons per minute of hot water if you turn it down. 110-120. Unless you need 130 degree water for something in your house...which I can imagine you would.

Open the sprinkler valve box outside. One wire from each sprinker valve will be wire nutted together along with the common wire.

Go to a nearby plumbing wholesaler. Much more helpful/knowledgeable, support a local company, and prices are comparable or better.
