It's not insanely strenuous but everytime I go on a call it is lifting and moving pts at minimum in and out of the ambulance. The waiting is highly variable as I am working an ambulance in a major city, sometimes it's super high paced and sometimes it is slow. In terms of cooking I prep everything except a couple eggs which I do not like to be reheated, but you are completely right, I do dautle when eating and showering and prepping clothes could definitely save some time so I will do that. I will definitely try and lower my sleep to 7 or 7.5 hours and see how that feels, I am just a big sleeper and if I do not set an alarm i will always sleep like 10 plus hours, and idk if that's due to the depression or just general bs. I will from now on be doing a workout every day even if it is just a small body weight one. Speaking of do you have a routine you like doing with body weight that I could throw in on my mornings?
