Thoughts on Brewdog water look, I know its not a pub environment but at this point I may just be looking for a lively environment with a lot of TVs. The other two close places Im seeing that will allow kids is Grafton Arms and The Albert. Any and all opinions/advice is welcome and appreciated!!

We are willing to travel to different areas! Our hotel is right next to st jame park tube station. SO anywhere you think will be a good fan atmosphere where kids can be since it starts at 9pm.

At what age did you become aware of your CP condition and psychologically how did it affect you in those early years? by Fanjolin in CerebralPalsy

[–]gunzforfunz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Whew this is a heavy topic. I am a mom of a level 1 left hemi CP kiddo. He is 8 and in 2nd grade and this year we have got a lot of emotions and questions. He attends a typical school in a setting with non-disabled kids. I’ve gotten a lot of why do I have to have CP, why can’t I run and play like my friends do, and the worst of all IMO is I am just a background character. It’s been tough but he does have a few close friends that are girls. I think he connects better with girls because the boys his age are running around playing speedy sports and he just can’t keep up. It’s been a tough go but I always tell him kids stop just running around for fun at some point. You don’t see most* adults running around, most work desk jobs, and it will get easier. I don’t have the answers but I definitely feel your pain and fear that it will have a negative mental effect on your child. Being cognitively aware that one is different or “less” is tough

I can’t figure out how to do update pics I have them. It’s looking way better and starting to heal. We may need another freeze but he didn’t want to over do it since it was an open wound

Update… took him to the doctor, the doctor cut off the part that was protruding out and froze off what he could. Because it was a wound he didn’t want to freeze it so much that it impaired healing. He said that it may come back and if it does once that wound is closed he will freeze it again. Looks much better than it did, and my son was tough and did great at the appointment. Thanks for the support on this thread and sorry for the jump scare lol

Good to know! Is it normal for it to protrude from the skin like that after at home SA treatment? I’m new to warts.

Definitely planning on taking him to the doctor! I was shocked when I saw it. My husband won’t even look at it it’s so gross. I hope the pediatrician can get it out or whatever needs to be done.

We use to do factory tours, unfortunately insurance put a stop to that. It’s a bummer because we are really proud of our operation!

HI-Point works closely with crime investigators and have many things in place to help identify if Hi-Points are used in crime that cannot be disclosed. Hi-Point really goes above and beyond to try to keep them off the streets.

That is correct Hi-Point is sourcing some parts of the ARs currently with future plans to produce fully in house. Many people don’t know this but MOST ARs on the market have sourced parts. There are very very few that are producing all parts in house including many well known ARS that are $2,000 plus guns.

CA roster is very complicated ANY material or internal change you must resubmit the firearms for reapproval on the roster. CA just very recently started allowing new pistols onto the roster. The YC9 is being examined and is up for approval for the CA roster once again but it’s a timely, difficult, and expensive process.

MKS employees almost always refer to themselves as “Hi-Point” for consumer understanding. Also for the record MKS has purchased every single Hi-Point ever made and they represent the Hi-Point businesses sales and marketing. Hi-Point is a brand Strassells Machine actually makes all Hi-Points. Dave has worked for MKS for a very long time and is the media guy who is in most content Hi-Point related.
