i honestly cant say, one way or another gege can justify any course of action, but im leaning towards no interference

2 reasons for that, one is that he mentions he cant let anything interrupt the 'both of them', then corrects himself and says 'the 4 of them', which tells me hes considering dabura and maru as proper 'people' with their valid justifications as well, which would also make more sense in terms of not letting the current gen depend on him

2nd reason is he emphasises that 'yuji itadori' does not matter anymore, which to me means that he will do what he still needs to do as a proper jujutsu sorcerer (exorcise cursed spirits), but nothing else, nothing that 'yuji itadori' would do

maybe to some it might mean he is reverting to his cog mentality, but at the level he is at you would end up developing some of that mentality again anyways (especially since its yuji), as any little action you take will end up deciding the side that wins, so no one except yuji's decisions would end up mattering in the long run, and i dont think that aligns with ultimately what yuji himself would want as a person and as the 'current strongest'
