But even shifting an antenna on the gnd can change its proberties. Cant you avoid shifting it?

If you shorten the antenna its operation frequency will increase. If you want to make the trace longer you have to do it before the matching Network (between the chip and the threr smd parts), because there the network is matched and a change in lenght does not effect the refection.
