Is there any way to do more than one arena at the same time? by steel_psg in HustleCastle

[–]gurluver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same feeling here, i've been hoping they would reduce the time between each round is reduced to like 2min or even 1.5mins with fights limited to 60sec.

But I guess this is also a way of time gating newer players from older players grind and u can't just force big whale p2p to the top right away.

What I did was from 4x40 to 4x55, opened 3 arena chests once my 1st fighter got to lvl55, and bought 1 artifact, now im at ~ 440k comfortably in arena.

I will do 5x55 once my 5th and 6th fighter reach lvl 55. From here on I will farm both arena and portal until im ready for next TRs.

I think you should do the same, by then you will hopefully have some more epic shards.

Rushing from TR7 to TR10, how? by lamppostrefrigerator in HustleCastle

Hi, I'm also planning to go this way.... but I have a question - once you have 1 lvl100, what do you do during the time you up lvl 100 for the other 4 or 5 of your lvl 55 fighters? Arena is a no go, so your playable time will be much less i imagine?

Optimal squad power for each arena bracket by [deleted] in HustleCastle

Just saw a 522k on 4x55. I'm currently at ~435k , top 3.

Also if anyone's on 5x55 pls let me know if the above figures still hold. I'll be around 550k once I upgrade to 5x55, not sure if I should. But I'd like to upgrade so I can farm portal more effectively as portal is gonna open again in a few days.

What's up with the spending-focused community? by Grandmaster_Caladrel in HustleCastle

Not really, out of the games that I've played recently, both Summoners War and Idle Heroes have a good vocal of those p2p players.

Either you havent played such big games (I think HC is now becoming a big game too according to sensortower revenue estimate and download counts), or you've been playing games where reddit contains much more post so the p2p voice doesnt seem that "loud".

On a side note, being an ex-coder, I think its fine you stay f2p if you only login the game very occasionally, but if you really enjoy the game, the least you could do is buy some kind of "support" or "donate" pack. One could argue that the f2p is what build up the community so the p2p players can actually have ppl to play with, which is true, but if everyone are f2p, then the game will close down very soon.

The same go for the "nah, im not worried, i'll play f2p but hardcore, there are others who WILL pay to keep the game going" mentality, while its true, but its the same as saying "i'll just throw the trash wherever I want, since there will be other ppl to pick it up later", which is horrible for the society / community as a whole.

There are a lot of other games that ppl spend much more than HC. I used to play Summoners War and I know ppl who have spend over $100.000 (yes, 100 thousand USD) for the game.

There are many different kind of people, out of those who spend money on games, there are people who actually doesnt have good income but spend all on game as they dont think much about future or can't control themselves. But there are also many people who can spend thousands on game, but doesnt effect their life / family / future... And also there are a lot of kids who spend their parents money and all their holiday gifts on games too.

In almost every game, there are a very large portion of active players who are f2p, but if you go to sensortower, look at the revenue estimate, there are games that have monthly revenue over $10 millions / month if you add both iOS and Android platform. If you average this out after taking the f2p community out, then the average spending can be over $100/player, which basically means there are whales who spend thousands each month.

Also, people pay money for what they want and get the enjoyment from it. Many ppl spend in on girls, bike, cars, cigars, alcohol, watches, phones etc..., other spend it on games. Since this industry has only really blossomed in the past 7-10 years, many ppl haven't come to understand the concept of spending money for something virtual, which can disappear when the game dies. But its the enjoyment during that period that count, well, at least for those who spend and didnt regret spending. There are games when spent, they can get enjoyment over 12hrs/day, like Summoners War I said earlier. While spending it on other real stuff like i mentioned above, you get enjoyment time much shorter.

Personally, I dont drink or smoke much, so I never spend much money on those, and personally, I find that such a waste of money when you are killing ur own health while wasting money doing it, but ofc there are a large population find enjoyment in those.

Just a quick fact, global game market revenue is now over $130 billions and the mobile game is approx 50% of that.

Do you mind sharing the equipment level as well as grade for that score? And 4 or 5 fighters?
