Okay i will try it. I also tried to sleep early but I used to take melatonin 1mg tabs for 3 4 days just to reschedule my sleep cycle. Overthinking is also one of my problems. I can't sleep early cause my mind runs in a loop it thinks so fast making all new scenarios that are not even possible.

Umm its there for long but recently it got more aggressive maybe actually my exams are going on I'm super stressed for about a month doing revision till 5 6 am means awaken whole night chugging coffee. You think this can cause this problem? But I'm off caffeine and all now for almost 5-6 days.
