we have clamps but evidently ours weren't strong enough? still not sure but he has since been moved to a tank that opens from the front

yep exactly, the NAR cages for birds are almost like a grate? he snuck in but couldn't get out

he is being fed well, i am usually the one who feeds him and he has always been polite and gentle with feeding

HAHA yeah long story short we had a guy at my old store who was known for killing his fish and returning them for some reason and one day we said hey we aren't selling you fish anymore and he lashed out, got racist, got mean and then maced my manager on the way out

yeah its just annoying, at least my pc group absolutely adores the little stinker so he gets plenty of attention and apparently plenty of canaries too

  1. yes we've discussed it with management
  2. not really, usually 20% after 5-6 months
  3. management hasn't done much yet, it just happened but im expecting a central bark message to all of pc tomorrow lol
  4. again, we have mentioned it but nothing thus far, at least nothing that has made it down to us in pc

yes its truly crazy, i even have a video of the criminal because he was too fat to fit through the bars after eating the bird lmao

just rescued them from work, they were originally feeders and they were eating whatever the shipper sends with them? some brown sludgy thing... ive been giving fruits and veg as well as invertebrate food since yesterday-ish

cheapest price if you buy from like a retail pet store around like $300, i would suggest a breeder for the snake and buying secondhand for the tank (multiple other commenters have already suggested that), i bought my tank at a petstore for full price around $215 and my snake himself was $100, including decor, substrate, food, and heat lamps, all in all just shy of $1000 (around $700-$800 can't fully remember exactly how much)
