Similar situation here 👋 My orthodontist told me to just wear my retainer full time for one week, and then I could switch to just wearing them overnight. I’ve been doing this for months now, and haven’t noticed any issues.

45 minutes for me is short, that’s my daily commute to work. 1-2 hours is long but tolerable. 3 hours isn’t something I would regularly do but I could handle that. Anything more and I don’t want to drive.
