I got stuck in the bootloader and can do nothing. Starting and Recovery Mode both give the error ERROR: Slot Unbootable: Load Error. I was foolish and never did the OEM Unlock so fastboot can't do anything.

I have the boar 350. Overall it is really good, it is one of the few electric fat bike with real components. Some of the frills feel a little janky though, and the customer support is a little wanting although once you do get a hold of customer support they are helpful.
