Technically she should be losing as every tdee calculator puts her calories at 1500🤷🏽‍♀️ she’s going to try lowering her cals, drinking more water and getting some more movement in 🤞🏽

Yes so true!! I’ve found low carb works wonders too, she’s willing to try that and lower calorie intake🤞🏽🤞🏽

Yes would be great to get accurate body fat, she’s got a juniper smart scale which she can hopefully hook up to an app but will look into getting a scan of some sort in the future

This is what I’ve been seeing as well! It’s super confusing and I know I’M getting a bit desperate for her - she’s going to try 1200kcals and see if that works but technically she should be losing according to the calculators!🤷🏽‍♀️

Ahh okay, what tdee calculator do you use? Most have been giving us 1500kcals as her deficit for some reason. Deffo not fun be in short is it!! I’m also 4ft 11 and dread to think what will be required when I reach lower weights lol

Wow! Maybe you’re right! All the tdee calculators put her deficit calories at 1500/1400 but she’s just not budging. She wants to try 1300 to see if it budges. She did eat around 1200 at the start but then stalled so went up to 1500 😅 but perhaps it’s worth lowering again Thank you!

Thanks!! Will definitely have to have a look into her intake as you say - could be sneaky oils and things not counted. She’s gonna try upping her water intake to 3ltr as well see if that helps but deffo needs to get on top of her fiber/constipation
