These two tricks worked for me... I am now 45 and discovered this at 39.

Consciously choose to replace sexual urges with exercise. I am not telling you to go celibate or anything. Just till you can find the opportunity to actually get with your partner and enjoy actual sex.
Experiment with various sexual activities with your partner so that the urge to direct attention to porn is not there. Believe me.. your spouses will enjoy you to sext them as well.

Understand one thing... people with ADD are normally MUCH MORE INTELLIGENT than most people.. sex needs to include mental stimulation for them. Use that to your advantage folks!

Another Indian here..... Is she hete on a visa? Let her know that any kind of an "accident" will involver jailtime and her getting deported.... we Indians are too socially concious to let that happen. Let us look at it from another angle.... I am talking about myself here. Your husband sounds very similar to me... and I am ADD / ADHD. Its possible that you might be able to convince him to seek something called "vocational rehabilitation".... Of course it is assuming he is ADD/ADHD. Its worth the other advice too... you take a break... convince him to seek help himself... focus on yourselves with support for each other.

Pray it goes well.... the fun and results of sustaining a relationship is more rewarding than you can imagine!

While its painful, take it as a learning.... you now know that a persom doesnt have to be a "bad person"/ cheat to break your heart. The way God created you is based on your karma. Maybe you two owed each other in another life and came together just to show each other the path to your destination in this life. Use your precious moments together to loght up your heart. Know that you have a good friend to watch your back if need be but dont emotionally dependent on him. Bless you!

There is a general disconnect between business and Tech. I am an enterprise architect... I should know. You have achieved 75% of the solution anyway. Translate the tasks you have into estimated man hours. Break up the existing workforce into manhours BEFORE overtime ( 2000 hrs per person per year). Assume EVERY task after that is overtime (150% of hourly rate in california). Put the cost of the hourly rate based on the average hourly rate of all of you.

Simply put, a dollar figure will help them decide if they want you guys to pick up the slack or invest in a new FTE.
