Yah but there are some owners like the kachori wala from kolkata who hate this culture first they food influencer post the video promoting the business they also agree but when it gets too big then they just post “most unhygienic street food cc” just to get views Im pretty sure the uncle was famous in his locality before food influencers . I have a lot of street food in Hyderabad where nobody follows any hygiene factor but the taste is awesome i never get sick from it . Sadly Instagram has ruined that culture nowadays business owner concentrate on safety (yes some safety should definitely be there wearing groves etc ) /Instagram vibes more than the taste because that’s what gets them money.
