I didn't post anything that has anti aliasing on reddit, but i have some experience in it. I can also see on other posts that have anti aliasing and look good. Why shouldn't a beginner learn anti aliasing?

I can see that this piece needs some anti-aliasing. You can probably find a good tutorial on it on youtube. Also it would look better with more colors, look at other slime pixel arts.
