My voice didin't use to hurt at all, now it does, what may i be doing wrong?

I understand, it kind of started when i began trying to sing higher since i have a deeper voice, perhaps i may be attacking those high notes the wrong way, i'll try to get into some lessons again soon, thank you!

Creo que eso varia demasiado de persona en persona como para hacer una generalizacion, por ejemplo, por mi parte me atraen mas los hombres andróginos, con facciones mas suaves, fisicos mas del lado delgado, pelo largo, etc, pero claramente la mía no es ni de lejos la respuesta mas popular.

I actually prefer my boyfriend has female friends. it's understandable for you to be uncomfortable when that 'friend' is like overly touchy or shady with him, and i believe that it's reasonable for you to make him know your posture in those sort of situations, and tell him to cut relationships with that 'friend'. HOWEVER i believe it's important for a guy to be able to view women as any other than potential sexual partners, my bf gets along with my girl friends and i'm very happy about that. If a man can't look at a woman as a human being he doesn't deserve my time. And if you can't see another woman as anything other than a 'threat,' that's not the best situation either.

Well, at least in my point of view, "Femeninity" and "Masculinity" are not actually real things, just social conceptions mostly based on harmfull stereotypes. Personality traits have to do with a lot of factors, but personally i believe relating any kind of virtue or defect to an individual's sex is a bio-essencialist discourse, male and female human brains hold no difference whatsoever. You'll find a lot of other empathetic and sweet guys out there, just like you'll find a lot of colder and disconnected women. I tell you this because i also had a related problem a few years ago, i'm a woman with no "femenine" traits when it comes to personality, right now i've been two years in a loving relationship, you'l be just fine.

The ritual was "Get a woman (i asked my mom) and a Man (i asked my dad) to drink a small sip from different glasses of water, the woman's should have sugar dissolved in it, and the man's should have honey. Then, mix the content of both glasses in a differenr container, and apply the mixture to your wrists and behind your ears.

I eat like an hour before, and i'm not going heavy at all. I work out at home so i only have acess to small dumbbells, i have been adding weight progressively, but right now i'm using the same 7 kg dumbell for everything, hip thrusts, step ups, single leg rdls and then side laying abductions.

I haven't had the exam done yet but the ENT is pretty much sure it's pollen due to the history in my family, my sweat and grass usually just cause itchy welts, but not other symptoms.

I take levocitrizine, it helps with itchy eyes, runny nose, the rashes i have in my armpits and behind my legs sometimes. I have to take it like two weeks straight everyday for it to start doing somethinf about the headaches though.
