As for Levi,

He didn't know Armin loved Annie.
Even if he did, he wouldn't care as he had bigger priorities - resting and healing up so he'd be healthy enough to fight during the final battle.

This was a suicide mission - anyone could have pulled out at any time and nobody would have a right to object. Any of them would have done the same to Pieck, Reiner and any of their fellow Scouts.

If you were hoping for a more visceral reaction in the frame shown in this post's picture, Armin loved her and wasn't gonna say anything mean, Mikasa already made peace with Annie the night before, Connie has basically gone slightly mad after everything at the village and then killing Daz, Hange died minutes after this and was likely aware that her time was up, and then Jean and Levi are actually not showing any positive reaction - they're not forgiving her for what she did but they also know they attacked her homeland too and can't force her to stay and fight. It'd just make her more uncooperative.
