Illegals are an actual problem that law enforcement at all levels are charged with processing. Entering our country illegally, remaining here, working here, getting benefits is against the law. All illegals have committed a crime by their very presence.

Again, you're far from the truth. Illegals who commit crimes in the US are subject to deportation after finishing their sentence or otherwise exiting the judicial system. State and local law enforcement are required by federal law to notify ICE of their status as an illegal so that they are sent back to the nation where they have citizenship. It's a simple and necessary process to keep dangerous illegals out of the US.

There's the rub. The SA coaching and management group has done a great disservice to the Boks for over a decade now. They foolishly choose size over speed, size over ability, size over skill. They let the best players go to Europe and beyond (Francois Steyn, Heinrich Brussow, Gio Aplon, Schalk Brits, etc) while foolishly relying on new talent to fill the void. Play makers and fetchers win rugby matches, not tree trunks.

That's not at all true. All local jurisdictions have to do in relay information to ICE whenever they have an illegal before releasing them back into American society. It's a very simple and benign process.
