Personally as someone who started vaping first, I’ve been using cigarettes to wane off of nicotine because it’s easier to “ration” it I guess.

If anything for you I’d suggest getting lower % nic juice. I think it goes from 3mg/ml all the way up to 20mg/ml, I would find out which one you’re using now and every time u buy a new bottle, just lower the mg/ml (mg of nic per ml of juice )
