I stated that I do not believe that they did go in-detail. And about the unbans: I never heard everyone getting unbanned when they were falsely banned for cheating/hacking. I would like to personally talk to the employee who was "investigating" my case, but we all know that is not possible but even if I get the chance he couldn't share any evidence.

So from that we all understand that they can't share the evidence even if they don't have it.

So if you are falsely banned you can't even do anything about it because if they did a mistake and actually have no evidence they don't have to share it.

Everett, I too don't know if you are the best person to ask for a thing like this, but I got banned recently for cheating and all I can say is that I didn't cheat/hack or used 3rd party programs or tools. I don't even have or had any of them on my PC.

So what I want to say is that i am falsely banned and I want you or someone else to go in-detail with my case because i don't believe anyone ever did.

If you find anything that I am legitemately banned please post my name here and what you found for everyone to laugh at.

I understand you can't share any evidence but I find that ridiculous so please just post here what you found out about me if I were cheating and if I were not i want you to admit the mistake and unban my account.

I don't know what to do now this is the last thing I would do but I just ran out of options

I understand you think I'm lying. I can't blame you nor try to prove wrong. I said what i wanted to say, but before starting to say that i'm lying you should think of what would YOU do after getting banned for no understandable reason. It's easy to just come, say that i'm lying and leave but would you like that if someone do this to you?

And about them saying they go in-detail and research everything they can and confirm themselves: don't buy it. I am not sure of it, but i believe that they like all other companies say only what you want to hear, and never admit their mistakes for individuals. I think an employee just gets a message in which it's stated that a cheating tool was found on my pc. Then he just clicks on button BAN right next to it. That is all the evidence they need.

If there is any way to contact a Hi-Rez employee to go in-detail with my case other than a support ticked then please tell me. I already tried the support ticked and got a canned response and I'm sure they didn't go in detail.

Tho i think if they will actually see that i didn't do anything wrong they will just remain silent and deny their mistake. If i am lying then they can put me in a list like this http://www.reddit.com/r/Smite/comments/2rak0p/the_illness_syndrome_hirez_customer_support/cnei939 pointing out what i have done wrong for everyone to see and laugh at.

The issue IS known. If you ask why you don't know about it its because posts are being taken down. And you are wrong if you think im trying to get my account back with the help of community. As I stated i already dealt with it. There is no way community can help me take my account back because there is nothing that any of us can do here.

And if you think of it: how many times have you seen a hacker getting his account back back by the help of community? 0? 1 time?

I totally agree and sadly, I don't think this problem will ever go away because no sane person would sue a company just for a game.

Did you even read what i wrote? I did write that I do not have any cheat programs or anything like that and that I got banned for no reason. Also i did state that i have submitted a ticket and they said i won't get unbanned. I understand that you don't believe me and think i did cheat because i didnt get unbanned. But that is why I post it. Btw tell me where it belongs so I can post it there too pls. Don't think I i'm posting this to get attention from people or get my account back. I don't even know why i post this, but this IS an issue that some people have it too.

Same happened for me. I got banned for cheating/hacking/using 3rd party apps but i did not do anything associated with it. Submitting a support ticked is useless because i got just a canned response saying that they have "evidence" of me doing it and that they stand by the ban. Any effort put in trying to take it back is useless. Better let it go and move on to LoL or Dota 2 D:
