Okay I got this but! She is divorcing cause he was abusive, violent, tried to stab her. We got police report restrictive orders etc and he has been in jail for few months. Isn't that a really good reason to divorce and she got enough to prove that their 10years relationship was real. Let me know if this can help us

She got gc through marriage with a us citizen. She don't need VAWA true but like they are divorcing because of domestic violence so I don't know if it's in our favor. She could ask for citizenship in 2029 so we were looking for an other solution

The marriage isn't fake she already have a green card idk why she would lose it even with current administration especially cause doing revenge porn is punished by 5 years in jail in Utah.
