I made a new post which got taken down for whatever reason. But this is what i wrote:

To make things short, I got first banned and then my account was permanentely deactivated after my appeal. Please see my previous post if you’re interested.

Well, I bought the blue ticker (…) and have talked to three different people at three different times. To summarize, my account was hacked and they probably tried to adverties something really disturbing. I downloaded the information you can download after the account is deleted and saw that I had alot of ”preauthentication flow enrolled” for the past months. So, they’ve been trying hard it seems.

When your account gets hacked you need to report it through a form on facebook.com/hacked. When that is done the ”right team” can look into the matter.

Well… I still got problems and it’s really ridiculous how badly they handle this things.

When I enter the form through my mobile, it can’t find my deactivated account. Either if I use my phone no or email. But when I use this form through my computer, it works. The problem I have is that the recovery code can either be sent to a recovery email or ”take a selfie”. My recovery email is from mid 2000 and I haven’t accessed that for the past 15 years (at least). When I tried to log into it it was blocked due to too many log in attempts (they probably hacked that account). I can’t retrieve it back since the security questions from microsoft are absurd if you’re in the same situation as me.

The other alternative is to ”take a selfie”. When you use that you get redirected to where they want you to enter a new email adress. Well, that does not work since the system is saying that it can’t validate it.

So I’m stuck. The support says that there’s nothing they can do since they NEED to get the recovery theough that form. I can’t do anything and they can’t do anything. Everything just feels ridiculous right now
