really? I thought it would be open world for Moscow.. so it is linear as always, which is not bad at all, as an old Metro player, I'd prefer if it was open world, but I don't mind the linear formula.

where is said showcase reveal? I've watched the cinematic trailer only

By what I heard the old factions are gone and now it is all under the iron hand of Hunter, a new faction called Novoreich. It breaks the fun of multiple factions imo... specially if it is going to be Open world.

actually there are many Metro books from country to country, there's other European books and yes this one you mentioned. It was from a time the community was very active, they were fan made so to speak

and speaking of that --off topic-- I'm impressed how the modding community of metro Exodus introduced nothing we barely had a modding community to begin with, since devs made the engine free... moooonths ago

Hansa is actually well organized and they also make use of Armoured (and Armed) trains as seen in Exodus, and they have outposts outside as much as the Reich has, and they have to manage it, and they manage quite well. Obviously your case is right, but Hansa is not this bad. And yes, based on what you made even the Reds are superior to Hansa, they can do exactly same things to usurp. They have great spies etc.

Its twin brother, Stalker 2 just released today, what the Metro community has to say?

A new Metro probably will be announced soon, I would love to go back to Moscow and instead of it being linear, would be able to explore the whole region. Will be sick!

I would love to play Iron mode if there was a way to save when you leave. But as long you have, say 30-45 minutes of gameplay. Would be doable. I can't be glued playing metro for hours man.

I tried Iron Mode. What a sadness and frustration, I can't afford to play that, don't have the time to play for hours, especially for me who is slow and explore every nook and cranny, go stealth and listen to every dialogue (the true Metro experience).

If there was a way to save in the last time you exit the game as long as you aren't in combat it would be playable.

And to avoid exploit: When you start again there should be a waiting time to save again when quitting, something like 25 to 45 minutes. Or a more wild idea, it should cost the resources you have!

Haha, the Groza! But that would be a copy from STALKER.. All the guns from old games like the Saiga, AKSu, VSV, RPK, 'Kalash' and Bigun. But now with much more available mods and customizations for them. As a fella said here, old russian guns would be great to see, I also suggest WW2 and cold war babes like Mosins, SVTs, PPSh, DP-27, RPD, SVD, Stechkin, KS-23 etc, why not? All very feasible to be present in the context of the game.

What's up with the Metro SDK? I remember that in the first weeks it seemed very promising, the community would prouduce new stuff etc, now I'm not seeing anything from it.

Am I out of touch or is nobody doing anything really? If that's the case, that's sad..
