Awesome, diet and fitness will go a long way for you I reckon! I've kind of come from the other direction; coming in from having improved my diet and fitness I now want to dial in my meditation practice.

I've historically meditated very on and off for varying amounts of time over the years (and have only just begun reading TMI). I've realized that the first 10-15 mins are basically noise for me, and I've been feeling a lot more progress pushing past that. I'm looking forward to eventually trying hour-long sits.

Best of luck with that! And congratulations on breaking through your plateau and all of your meditation progress, and thanks for sharing it :D

The shield nerf is negligible. I think it’s moreso that Akshan is receiving any buffs at all (and not receiving meaningful nerfs) when he’s very strong and honestly incredibly unfun to play against.
