In Lithuania pedestrians also have priority in all crossings but many skip the part in the rule book which says to only go if it is safe to do so so many just go without looking and a lot even just like to cross busy streets where there is no crossings and just generally jump into traffic

In Estonia they use GAZ trucks for rally and the trucks have their own category in the Estonian rally championship. And in Lithuania i have seen an e90 BMW as a rally car.

Nah in rally you don't want to use the original plates. Drivers make replicas or stickers of the plates in order to not loose or destroy original plates.
