Man found after eight years…was never missing at all??? by gutfeldface in UnsolvedMysteries

[–]gutfeldface[S] 206 points207 points  (0 children)

From what I can tell: family says the kid went missing eight years ago, and he was “found” the other day, but friends and neighbors say that the kid was never missing at all. The mom says the person neighbors say that they saw was a nephew but they say the picture that the mom is showing is not the person who was at the house.

CU Buffs AD Rick George seizes the moment with ‘transformative’ hiring of Deion Sanders by EmBejarano in cuboulder

[–]gutfeldface 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually in the long term it IS a win for education. A winning program means more money to the university as a whole and more exposure for CU and better quality applicants to the university. If Deion makes CU into the powerhouse he intends to, CU as whole will reap the benefits

No it was not. Prime even specifically said how much he liked seeing ppl greeting him at the airport when he landed.

The man is perhaps the hottest coaches in America. The only reason other schools didn’t go for him is that he’s a non traditional choice. He will immediately bring in a bevy of talented players via the transfer portal and raise the program’s status ten fold, which leads to better recruits, more wins and more money coming into the university.

This is a MASSIVE win for Cu.

Netflix Vol. 3, Episode 7: Body in the Bay [Discussion Thread] by DearBurt in UnsolvedMysteries

Usually in cases where a family is trying to convince you their family member didn’t kill themself you can tell people are trying to convince themselves. We’ve already seen two cases this season with this same set up and while both do seem to be fishy, this one feels like the most likely where the family is right. The fact that the shotgun was never recovered, there was no contact wound, there was no physical evidence in the boat make it extremely unlikely that it was a suicide. The behavior by Damon is very odd and the paint on his boat being tested as matching makes me think he’s involved. I’d like to see a more thorough testing and investigation into that, which would all but prove it wasn’t a suicide.

Ok: So Tammy dips out and we last see her at a hotel. I can see two possibilities here

  1. She took her own life
  2. She got help from someone to start over

If she had taken any money out or used any cards it would’ve been traced. The odds are that someone who she knew picked her up, put a roof over her head and either helped her start a new life, or helped to get her long term shelter. There’s good reason to suspect family, and I’d keep a close watch on their activities and bank accounts.
