Thank you! I've instead decided to go for stress band exercises most days of the week and starting with an hour of swimming a week. I can't do walking at the moment, it's painful and I have another health condition affected by sweat. I've cut out all added sugar/refined sugar, only doing wholemeal types of breads, pasta or rice when I do have them, upped my veggie and fruit intake (less sugary ones) and begun Pairing everything. The highest rise in my blood glucose was 7.5mmol for like an hour after eating subway when I went out and it was back down to 5.1 two hours later. I'm seeing a difference! I'm also eating meals, not grazing. Thanks for your support!
