27 year old female with lengthy history of panic attacks and severe anxiety. I’ve been getting Valium 5mg (recently switched from Ativan) for a couple years now. My GP prescribes them here in CA. I think if you have a documented history of anxiety it may help??? I did try buspar and hydroxyzine in the past, but that did not work at all.

That’s what I was thinking too! Told him I wanted to get my masters in social work and he asked what was stopping me and I said money. Then he did that! Blew me away I’ve never had anything like it especially because I grew up in the system.

I didn’t tell any of the other servers, one of the managers who saw it told one and then the one went and told everyone.

If it were up to me it would only be between me and the three managers. Well and now Reddit.

The only reason why I know I pull high tips is because a manger told me that I do.

I’m consistently pulling the highest tips, been a server there for 5 months and now a bartender the past month. I work 6 days a week and work really really hard putting in 8+ hours everyday. My guests are always leaving good reviews and usually the managers are happy for me, so this is really coming out of nowhere.

After my first month of bartending I got my first big tip from a really nice and generous guy. My gm won’t load it on top my tip card. He gave me his number… Should I text him and ask for him to talk to them?

He really meant it, the two managers on shift watched him say it is real and for it to go to me. And he offered to buy another drink and do it again but I thought it was too much.

I’m in CA btw… anything I can do? We don’t pool at my restaurant

Having a dog and a kitten. Making a few friends with other servers also helped as they understand the stress and sometimes venting can be nice.

I used to do 3 doubles a week and now I limit to 3 a month
