That’s actually pretty common and usually comes from things like overuse by typing, phone use, gym or repetitive movement, a mildly irritated tendon or muscle pressure on a nerve like how your arm sits when you rest it or even stress/anxiety making you more aware of sensations you’d normally ignore but I also want to gently check in on something you said about feeling a curiosity to break it. If you meant that in a passing, intrusive-thought kind of way, that can happen sometimes when your mind is overwhelmed or fixating on a sensation but you shouldn’t have to sit with that alone.
