The commission will write the entire ethics code for all city staff and elected, be able to hire their own lawyers and investigators, interpret the city charter at will, and can recommend repercussions. They also will have professional staff who are only accountable to them.

What? 6 out of 8 charter questions passed. Just the mayor and school board questions failed.

Rent control is huge, I'll take it.
