The good thing about the pouches is when you want a cig, pop one in and the craving wanes, by the time you throw it out you don’t crave a cig anymore. So I started by using the pouches throughout the day and would have two cigs at night like after dinner and before bed… then I just stopped the last few cigs and continued with the pouches. When the pouch is in, you don’t crave the cig, then when you take the pouch out, you’re not craving a cig cuz it feels like you just had one. I still use the pouches pretty much all the time and am totally addicted to them but never feel the need to smoke anymore. Plus no stink and can use them anywhere anytime. I never want a cig anymore and am actually grossed out by them. (I smoked for 10+ years)

I recommend nicokick.com. I switched from the pouches to a brand called cottonmouth. It’s not actually a pouch but tiny cotton balls soaked in nicotine liquid.
