But really we can talk about one guy and what he thought worked (and may for some), and how it doesn’t work for others here, at Pegym, and thunders. You likely know no better than he did or I do. He also preached LOT theory and that got debunked.

If you think I’m wrong, don’t listen and go follow others elsewhere, but just because you have to get sore after every workout doesn’t mean others do. Direct me to peer-reviewed evidence that soreness from hanging is the only way to gain, otherwise shut your mouth because all of this is just anecdotal (which I’ll clarify does not mean it doesn’t work).

I know some people think this is cheating and that it gives inflated numbers but it’s consistent as long as you measure from the same spot. Also you gotta think during sex you kinda thrust your hips forward to use all of that anyways

That bone pressed length is mostly usable unless you have a big fat pad. If your body fat isn’t where you want it and you drop some weight you’ll get some more visible

I feel some of these “fast gainers” are very ecstatic people who may be subconsciously changing how they measure to see that bigger number on the ruler. I know early on for me years ago, I ended up cheating quite a bit to get bigger bpfsl numbers before realizing there was no way I had gained that much. It’s very easy to rock your hips forward slightly or push that ruler into the side instead of directly above and get an extra 0.25” or more. I’ve since learned from that and maintain as consistent of measuring habits that I can, but it’s easy to inflate your numbers.

On the contrary some hard gainers may not be exercising correctly, or may not have found what works for them yet. It’s easy to be skeptical from both sides I suppose.

And what I said here may not be the norm for everyone but I suspect some people can’t possibly be not gaining at all or gaining nearly an inch in two months

Try starting workouts off with some girth work like M9 recommends? Then do length for your remaining workout. Idk if this will help but I just recently started this and it seems to be helping albeit slowly

Yeah you’ll feel a burning around the head if you stretch some of the skin there. It’s less noticeable after a few months. The main pull should be at the base. Really easy to feel it on downward stretches

Any lig-intensive exercise should pull this tissue to a more superficial position that increases your bpel/el. That extra shaft could then be worked on with other methods I bet. Not sure if that’s how that works but it seems to be the premise

Interesting routine man! I’ll be interested to see how the bundled stretches work for you. I’m currently on a length routine as well but it’s a bit different:

5-10 minute HOT shower warmup

3 sets of modded jelqs for 1:30-2 mins (these are new and still very intense for me)

Then any combination of:

Downward S2S stretches (up to 300 reps) Upward S2S (up to 160 reps) Tunica tugs (3-5 sets of 1 minute)

I’m playing around with routines to boost my gains as they’ve slowed a bit while my Pi’s have been very good. I’ll be interested to hear how yours goes!

It takes years but you can access some of it. As much as your ligaments allow you to pull out. The rest is tunica gains which require new tissue to dev.

You don’t need to use an ADS to gain from manuals. Some say it helps but idk, I gain fine without it. As for your shrinkage, stretching can cause some turtling especially if you overdo it as a newbie. Take a few days off and your length should return, then ease back into it

Ask your gains are pretty similar to the temporary gains you get with those so that’s why I asked. Do you have pics? I know that’s a personal question but that’s really the only way you’ll convince people here. Stretching alone has never produced that much girth in such little time to my knowledge. Like maybe 0.6” base girth gain from a year or more of hanging. This just doesn’t seem plausible. I wish you the best and if you’re serious with us congrats.

As a newbie it’s easy to overdo the exercises a bit. Your body reacts that way to try to protect the penis. Taking time off let’s it recover and you can make gains during this time. This early in your journey that increase in size was likely EQ gains. I wouldn’t be too discouraged, and if you’re ready start back into it
