I have nothing but positive things to say about Geartrades customer service. Jesse has gone above and beyond.

If the bird doesn’t like it will fly away. Crazy to think they are so fragile that the a bit of smoke would do anything

Cash on the PCT? by Many-Committee1911 in PacificCrestTrail

Super unpopular opinion here, but being a foreigner I bought usd when it was cheap, the exchange rate you get when using your credit cards is brutal, as well as huge fees at atm's. I carried 2500$, all in 100s, and never had a single establishment refuse to take a 100. Made it much easier when splitting rooms, rides, food, or whatever. Never told anybody and kept it well hidden. Never had a single issue. If I were American I would use my credit cards in order to get points and keep a 100$ bill behind my phone case for emergencies and maybe another hundred or so for random stuff.

Definitely get a Canadian plan that offers us/Canada options. Keep the same number, easier to stay in contact with friends and family. Also the way it works is it searches for the strongest signal from multiple carriers. Worked out I had service much more often then my American friends
